The Yankee Painter, LLC was started in 2009 to provide painting services on both interior and exterior surfaces. We have an attention to detail on each project that sets us apart from most of the competition. This is done by treating each space as if it was our own and we care about the end result. Based in Newington, CT we focus on projects in the Greater Hartford area but are willing to consider a 30 mile radius generally. We thoroughly enjoy bringing the project space to new conditions and making the space feel refreshed and updated.

THE SERVICES.

We can provide as much or as little job service to your project as you request.

Some standard level preparation included would be: Vacuuming, filling small holes in walls, sanding walls, caulking gaps between walls and molding. These items would be on an as needed basis but generally required for 90% of our projects.

More involved projects would include: stain blocking, filling large holes in ceilings/walls, Installing sheetrock, filling cracks in plaster ceilings, blending texture on a ceiling, removing a textured ceiling, closet install preparation, removing wallpaper. Much of our work is properly preparing the surface for painting and having the skill to prepare the surfaces properly.

Other services we provide: concrete floor staining/painting, graffiti removal, window glazing, deck staining, stenciling.
